Mastering the Shirt Dress

I have a love for the shirt dress and over the knee boots combo. It’s such a fun combo and a great way to style over the knee boots differently.  While this shirt dress is more casual with the hoodie and draw strings,  I love that you can easily dress it up with over the knee boots and this super cute Gucci bag. I think this combo is great for lunch or if you want to look a little extra special during the day without looking like you’re trying too hard.

These over the knee boots are the same nude/grey over the knee boots that I’ve been wearing in all of my other posts. I love them so much that I finally caved and ordered a black pair. I have such a hard time finding over the knee boots that fit and these are great. I also love the block heel. These boots are surprisingly very comfortable. I walked around New York City in them all day during my last trip and my feet didn’t hurt once. That’s saying a lot from an LA girl too.

Let’s welcome the newest addition to the WWKW handbag family, Baby Gucci. I got this cute little Gucci bag for Christmas and I love it. It’s a great going out bag. The bag itself is actually supposed to be a long strap  but it was too long on me and hit mid- thigh so I just looped it under the flap and made it a shoulder bag. Talk about a life saving styling tip 🙂 Would you try the shirt dress and over the knee boots combo?
