NYFW: Misha Collection

This was my first time at NYFW and my first show was Misha Collection. I started off backstage with Stila Cosmetics chatting with the one and only Sarah Lucero about her inspiration behind the Luxe & Lust look. This look was a dark smokey eye, beautiful lashes, full brows, a little bronzer and a plumping primer on the lips. During my time backstage, I learned some amazing tips from Sarah.

Brow tips from Sarah Lucero:

• When doing your eyebrows, you should always brush up and not out. I am so guilty of brushing out!
• Use two different shades of eyebrow pencils so it fills in more naturally

I was so excited for the Misha Collection show. It was my first show ever and I just loved the collection. I can totally see myself wearing all of these pieces. The collection consisted of leather, leopard, asymetrical lines, shimmer, sheer and lace pieces. Sheer and shimmer are two huge trends that I saw a lot of this week. Here are a few other trends that I noticed throughout the week.

• Low cut blazers
• Shimmer/metallics
• Sheer everything and anything
• Metal fauceting details
