Elegant Meets Edgy

Elegant meets edgy when tulle and lace up peep toes collide. I definitely had a Cinderella moment the second I put on this tulle skirt and the Cinderella moment continued when I slipped on the Sole Society shoes. They are so comfortable and they fit me so well I would have thought they were custom made for me.
But lets be real hereā€¦ looking like an actual full-grown Disney princess is a terrifying thought. So how do you wear tulle without looking like you should be living in a castle?  Easy.

These Sole Society heels add the perfect amount of edge and style to the skirt. The neutral, tan color of the shoes compliments the airiness of the tulle effortlessly without standing out.  I wore a simple silk tank that was in a similar color as the shoes to help tie the look together.  I finished off the look with a cameo necklace. The multiple layered chains are the perfect combination of old and new.  Master the tulle skirt trend by mixing trendier pieces for a more mature and lady like look.

Thank you Sole Society for the shoes!

I think you pulled off the caped shirt relaly well. I would pair a caped shirt (especially from those colours) with dark skinny jeans and a pair or low slouchy boots with a long necklace. Slip on a pair of colour blocked heels and you’d be set for a night out to town.
